Each set consists of signs with four different rarities. The level of animation increases as the rarity increases. For the highest rarities, these signs also contain unique music compositions.

Listed from most common to most rare:

• Dim - Static image*

• Lit - Lighted & flickering effects*

• Glow - View of Neon City and minor camera movement animation

• Neon - View of Neon City, longer camera movement, original music composition
